Darla - Receptionist

My name is Darla and I have worked at Falls Orthodontics for over five years. I enjoy meeting our patients and their families, and helping to answer any questions that they may have. This is a wonderful practice. I have a ton of respect for my fellow staff members, and I feel privileged to work with such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional group of people. When I’m not at the practice, I enjoy Geocaching, bowling, reading, knitting, crocheting, and going for walks.

Julie - Orthodontic Assistant

Hi there, my name is Julie and I am an orthodontic assistant. I love working in orthodontics. What other profession would I be surrounded by great smiles all day long? It’s wonderful getting to know our patients, and seeing their happy, smiling faces at each appointment. I have been working with Dr. Cermin and the team since 2009. When I’m away from the practice, I enjoy spending time with my two kids, camping, swimming, biking, crocheting, and reading.

Lori Jo - Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator

Hi, I’m Lori! I have been working at Falls Orthodontics for over seven years. As the receptionist and appointment coordinator, I am one of the first smiles you will see when you visit our practice. I love getting to know all of our patients and their families, and the wonderful friendships that evolve. Outside of the practice, I enjoy taking my kids to and from their various activities, playing the piano, and spending time with my family and friends.

Lynn - Orthodontic Records Assistant

Welcome! My name is Lynn. I have worked at Falls Orthodontics with Dr. Cermin and the team for over ten years. I enjoy watching the different transformations of each patient as they move through their treatments, and I appreciate being a part of their lives and sharing in this life changing experience with each of them. In my free time, I love camping, knitting, music, watching my son play sports, and spending time with my family, especially my grandson.

Amy - Orthodontic and Lab Assistant 

Hello! I’m Amy, and I am one of Dr. Cermin’s orthodontic assistants. I have worked with the team over ten years. Working in orthodontics is a wonderful experience. At the end of the day, I feel good knowing that I am part of a team that puts smiles on people’s faces, and that with each smile we create, our patients experience a better quality of life. Outside of the practice, my hobbies include skiing, gardening, motorcycle riding, swimming, making pottery, and fishing.

Laura - Orthodontic Assistant

Welcome to Falls Orthodontics. My name is Laura and I have worked here for over ten years. I can honestly say that at Falls Orthodontics, you and your family will receive the best care possible – you’re in good hands, and good smiles! I love working with all of our patients, and making sure that everybody who comes to our practice has a positive experience. Outside of work, I enjoy pheasant hunting, snowmobiling, gardening, and spending quality time with my family.

Lori - Financial and Treatment Coordinator

Hi, my name is Lori, and I am the treatment and financial coordinator. I look forward to working with you and your family to help answer any questions you might have about your treatment or your insurance. I have worked at this practice for over ten years, I truly enjoy being able to help people achieve their goal of a beautiful, healthy smile. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, playing with my two dogs, and spending time with my children.

Michelle - Orthodontic Assistant
